Grenadier Fish Fillets
Many years later, but since we’re talking about Grenadier today, I’ll post here too. The taste is quite mild and it needs to be seasoned heavily. The texture is on the soft side. Popular uses are for fish and chips or fish tacos. Here’s my post about it,
