Large Roast Cooking Time?
As always, it depends on size and shape, not weight, and temperature is the only determining factor. Once the roast’s length exceeds its width, no more time is necessary.
Ballpark: plan on 30-50 minutes per pound at 225F. I would not roast a round any higher, especially not Reading More May Cause Envy…
