made my first batch of non-pectin peach jam. ( from my own tree!) I didn’t watch/stir diligently enough and the resulting jam is dark amber in color.. Too caramelized to put up as jam for my tastes. Was thinking it could be used as a base for a sauce/glaze for Reading More May Cause Envy…
