Strip Loin Roast cooking suggestions?
So, the meat market I frequent has strip loin on sale for $4.25/lb. I am having 10 people for dinner on Sunday and was planning to do a roast. How many pounds should I allow for the roast? Suggestions for a dry rub to marinate overnight? I am thinking to Reading More May Cause Envy…
