The water never actually comes to a boil when making hard boiled eggs. So when do i pull them?
I live at a really high altitutude. And I have tried waiting longer as well as higher heat. But the water never comes to a rolling boil. Bubbles come up from under the eggs but they barely break the surface. So far I just pull them from the heat, Reading More May Cause Envy…
