Ideas for goose eggs (particularly the whites)
I was gifted 15 big beautiful goose eggs. Having zero experience with goose eggs, I figured I do some experimenting. I started with a simple soft boiled with toast. I noticed the whites are quite different than chicken eggs. I’ll try them scrambled as well but I Reading More May Cause Envy…
