Greek Spatchcock Chicken & Herby Yogurt
This truly was delicious! Chunky Roasted Veg and a Roast Chicken with crispy skin….. can it get any better?
Throw some feta and my simple herby yogurt over the top, tear and share!
You Will Need:
Roasting Dish
1 Whole Chicken
4 Red Pointed Peppers
3 Red Onions
2 Tbsp Basil Leaves
2 Garlic Cloves
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
