Put the lid on while hot?
I used a Nordic Ware aluminum covered cake pan (aluminum lid) to make my baked beans in because I wanted to do them in my Breville Smart Oven Air, and it seemed like the best vessel for the amount I was making. How soon can I put that lid on Reading More May Cause Envy…
