Rhubarb and whole Strawberry a la Christine Ferber
Has anyone done this recipe from Mes Confitures using her method without taking any shortcuts? It takes 3 days (I’m used to her recipes taking at least a day or more) It requires a boiling and cooling session that may take 40 hours (active time about 1hour total) to complete.
