ISO Pork Shanks for Osso Bucco?
My local supermarket, Shoprite , here in Norwalk, CT had pork shanks on sale this summer. Now, commodity pork shanks should be very inexpensive, say about $1.99 lb. but I can’t find them in any local supermarket so now I have to go to a butcher. The butcher shops around Reading More May Cause Envy…
