Bon Appétit Turkey recipe for 2 birds
Hello.
I am attempting to try Bon Appétit’s turkey recipe for a 14-lb bird, except trying to double it to 2 14-lb birds at once. My main question is should I adjust time and temp for 2 birds?
The recipe for 1 bird says to initially bake the turkey at 450° Reading More May Cause Envy…
