Where do you fall on the latke spectrum?
‘Tis the season for fried potatoes. Yesterday’s Washington Post had a recipe for super-easy latkes using frozen (defrosted) hash browns. I like to think of myself as open minded but….geez….I suddenly felt like a fussy old lady unwilling to accept new ideas. I’m fine with your apple cheddar fritters or Reading More May Cause Envy…
