Does using a stand mixer to mix meatloaf negatively affect the texture?
Best thing I got out of that Alton Brown show… Use the loaf pan as a mold. Trying it right now, had to run a knife around the pyrex loaf pan to release it but it looks like it’s going to cook a lot more even since it’s so Reading More May Cause Envy…
