Fondant au chocolate trickery
I used this recipe http://www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/8168/chocolate-fondant and knocked it down to 1/4 which was very easy since it was in metric.
My baking supplies are very limited at my bf’s house in France. The only mold I had were metal flower ones, I believe for brioche. I intended to make just Reading More May Cause Envy…
