Graham flour vs whole wheat flour for bread baking
Is Graham flour easier or more difficult to rise when making bread? I understand the bran part is coarser than regular whole wheat flour, but is the endosperm in Graham flour milled finer than regular whole wheat flour, or the same? Reading More May Cause Envy…
