What to do with a pound of pea shoots?
I was given a large bag of hydroponic pea shoots. Eating them raw is not an option, although I’m sure that’s what’s most healthy. Can they be used in a soup, much like spinach? Any other ideas how to cook or eat? They need to be used soon! Reading More May Cause Envy…
