How do you turn Baker's Unsweetened Chocolate into German Sweet Chocolate?
Roughly add the weight of the unsweetened chocolate in sugar. Bakers Sweet Chocolate is 48% cacao (according to the the internet) https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Baker%27s_Chocolate
