Sauces for Sliders

My partner’s birthday is coming up and I want to make him a good birthday dinner. He’s not a fancy guy but loves loves loves sauces. My thought was to make a bunch of mini sliders (some fish, some beef and some chicken, think meatball sized) with Reading More May Cause Envy…
