1 jar (c.500g or 18 ounces) chickpeas
1 large bag (c.300 grams/10 ounces) fresh spinach, washed 3x & dried
2 thick day old white bread (sourdough best) crusts removed, cut into cubes
15 blanched unsalted almonds
¼ cup pure (cherry) tomato sauce
3 garlic cloves, chopped
