How long to cook cubed steak? What temp?
The only variables I can think of that may extend the cooking time to make them tender is:
1. Thickness of the Cubed Steaks
2. Amount of liquid and type of liquid used.
3. Cut of Beef. Top Round/Chuck or Bottom Round…the latter being tougher.
