Adding seeds to bread dough?
You can put seeds in while making the dough, or as you described. If you like a toasted seed, then, yes, you can roll the whole loaf in the seeds. I would be careful about possibly burning them, though, at least the ones that are in contact with the pan. Reading More May Cause Envy…
