Cookbook publishing questions
I’ve noticed that cookbooks, particularly in the fall, tend to be released on Tuesdays. Does anyone know why that is? A Google search didn’t turn up anything for me and I’ve often been curious about this. Also, why are most cookbooks released in the fall? Is this due to the Reading More May Cause Envy…
