Searching for cookie recipe shared on CH
I have seen a recipe shared on CH a few times that I cannot seem to find. It was a pretty basic cookie but included rice krispies, and was called Tusi’s or Tuli’s or something like that. There was a story about the recipe being from a market vendor in Reading More May Cause Envy…
