Tried and true recipe for persimmon bread/tea cake
I have a boatload of fuyu persimmons needing to be used and I also need to make a half dozen or so loaves of bread for a holiday bake sale this weekend. Hoping to marry the two needs. I googled around and found a recipe on David Leibovitz’ site but Reading More May Cause Envy…
