Is it possible to dry brine a pre-basted turkey?
Hi all! I got an 11-12ish young frozen turkey that has already been pre-basted but wanna go a dry brine route since I hear it is a great way to season without all the wasted liquid (wanna go hassle-free with this thanksgiving).
