Why doesn't my challah work?
I consider myself a pretty good baker. But every time I try to make this recipe it doesn’t rise. At all. Is my kitchen too cold? Does the water need to be at a certain temperature? Do I need to proof the yeast first? Challah is supposed to be easy? Reading More May Cause Envy…
