How long will this sauce last in the fridge?
I made a quarter batch of this recipe for a 5 spice fruit sauce (with cherries, not plums) – https://www.seriouseats.com/recipes/2013/11/five-spice-plum-sauce-recipe.html , but didn’t follow the directions for canning it because I thought I was going to use it right away. Plans changed. How long can I expect this Reading More May Cause Envy…
