Soufflé advice, please
Because of DOTM nominations, I have been moved to make soufflés. The thread form December 2015 didn’t address my concerns, so, since I’m a soufflé neophyte, I’ll begin with some questions. I’ll probably have more as I fall on my face/into my soufflé.
