Nettles - good in rolls
Make your favorite yeast roll – and add chopped nettles into the dough.
For handling the nettles – pick carefully – not sure I’d go for the ‘grab violently’ method – rinse if needed – let excess water dry till they are more or less as picked – whack in micro Reading More May Cause Envy…
