How to Keep White Chocolate From Separating?
This past weekend I was working with white chocolate, and the mixture looked great and smooth. However, once I put it in the fridge to set up as per the instructions of the recipe, it separated. Does anybody know why this could have happened? Also, how do Reading More May Cause Envy…
