Kimchi Pancake using Corn flour only?
I have corn flour/ starch only in my pantry, my local grocery ran out of plain all purpose flour due to covid panic buying. Can I use corn flour/ starch as a substitute? 1:1 or do I put less and dilute the mixture with water to make a batter? Thanks. Reading More May Cause Envy…
