Pork shoulder in Instant Pot, khao kha moo stye?
I have a pork shoulder and I’d like to make pulled pork in the instant pot. I’ve done this twice before (once carnitas-style, once poc-chuc-style) and it was great! This time I’d love to replicate the flavors in Thai khao kha moo (Thai braised pork leg). I’m wondering if anyone Reading More May Cause Envy…
