Leah Chase’s Jambalaya - Sausages
The Dooky Chase jambalaya recipe, calls for chaurice (which I can’t find locally) and smoked sausage. What combination of sausage would you recommend? I was considering andouille and a non-dry chorizo. Thanks in advance!
