My chili is slightly bitter...any ideas/fixes?
Not sure exactly where your bitter was coming from but if I had to guess, I would say it was from soaking the chilies (Soaking isn’t necessary btw. Toasting the dried chilies and then grinding to a powder in an efficient blender works beautifully). In any case, one trick I’ve Reading More May Cause Envy…
