Dried Fruit in Canning?
In the past few years I’ve made ATK’s Balsamic Fig jam and it’s just amazing. Then Trader Joe’s stopped carrying their frozen figs, and they will be around $12/lb. here when they come into season. Can I rehydrate dried figs without compromising the safety of the recipe? Reading More May Cause Envy…
