Carrot Dish
Where I live in Washington, local baby carrots are in season and delicious. We have an overload of them from our csa box. Does anyone have recipes or suggestions for what to do with them? I have made roasted carrots, carrot cake, added them to soups, etc. Thanks. Reading More May Cause Envy…
