Best Corned Beef: Sous Vide, Slow Cooker, Instant Pot or Stovetop?
Based on what I read at https://www.seriouseats.com/2011/03/how-to-make-corned-beef-st-patricks-day-simmering-brisket-meat-the-food-lab.html, I’m planning to cook it in the Instant Pot on slow cook low, starting around midnight tonight. Hopefully it’ll be ready for dinner tomorrow. Reading More May Cause Envy…
