Tuscan Beef recipe (split from Epicurious to Stop Publishing Beef Recipes thread)
Not needing to brown to get a good result is a very nice plus. Assuming this is their Tuscan Beef and Black Pepper Stew, they also give instructions for a pressure cooker/Instant Pot version.
