'American Style' Wagyu Beef
There were an awful lot of ads in today’s grocery pages for ‘American Style’ Wagyu Beef cuts. The pictures don’t look like any Wagyu Beef cuts I’ve seen, more like NY steak and not marble-y lookin. At $17.99 a pound here (NW Rockies) I don’t think I’d invest, but am Reading More May Cause Envy…
