Gluten-free replacement for bread crumbs?
Great discussion! I’m looking for a GF substitute for bread crumbs that are called for in a moussaka recipe that I otherwise like, where it’s one of the middle layers. I guess it’s there as a filler, but I don’t know whether to omit it or substitute. Any ideas? Thanks! Reading More May Cause Envy…
