Baking chicken with marinade?
I’m making Peri Peri Chicken tomorrow. It’s in the fridge marinating right now. The recipe does not say to scrape off the marinade before cooking. It’s fairly thick with lots of onions, garlic and ginger. Should I wipe the chicken off before baking? If not, Reading More May Cause Envy…
