Question about green tomatoes
I have about 100 pounds of beautiful green tomatoes that had to be picked due to a hard frost tonight. I am not a huge fan of fried green tomatoes but have read and have been told that if you bake them, some of the sourness is abated. Reading More May Cause Envy…
