Suggestions please, Tex/Mex chicken casserole
Today is clean out the fridge day. The ingredients I want to use up are:
-Homemade frijoles de olla (garlicy pinto beans cooked with chipolte and epazote)
-Roasted tomato salsa (also homemade and very hot)
