Ugly pears available at work....what to do with them?
Make pear sauce–just like apple sauce–and freeze. My neighbors gave me some they made from their organic pear trees and it was to die for. There was nothing added, just pears cooked down into a sauce, put into a zip lock and frozen. Reading More May Cause Envy…
