Where to buy Szechuan peppercorns without seeds
Does anyone know where I can buy Szechuan peppercorns without the inner black seeds? I’ve bought some low-quality ones in an Asian supermarket (I’m in the Philadelphia area), but separating the pericarp from the seed is a real chore. I emailed Penzey’s to ask about their product, but they said Reading More May Cause Envy…
