Alternative to browning on the stove?
My kitchen has extremely poor ventilation, and browning batches of fatty meats means that the entire downstairs fills with smoke that lingers at least a couple of hours even if I open up some windows and turn on the ceiling fans. I was planning on making beef stew this Reading More May Cause Envy…
