Greens in pasta dough
I posted this on another forum as well, so I apologize if you’re seeing this a second time.
I’m looking to experiment with fresh pasta. Obviously, spinach pasta is a thing. I’ve even seen recipes using kale in fresh pasta dough. What about collard greens? Does anyone know how collard Reading More May Cause Envy…
