Q re beef with chile de arbol sauce

I wonder if the sauce you’re trying to replicate isn’t more of an adobo, even if it’s described as a chile de arbol sauce. The latter tend to be quite punchy and unsubtle. Adobos are more rounded and balanced.

Maybe add some arbol chiles to the sauce in this recipe:
