Fresh Ham- Should I brine?
@Chef Daer: I am brining a fresh ham right now. When it’s ready to cook, if I cook it this way, in water on the stove, can I cook it in the brine? Or, do I need to take it out and and cook it in fresh water? After I Reading More May Cause Envy…
