Quince cake?
I tried to make a quince cake using quince sauce I’d made and an applesauce cake recipe I like. The cake tastes good but the texture is too dense and gluey. Maybe because the quince has so much pectin? Or less water than apples? Does anyone have a recipe they Reading More May Cause Envy…
